Like No Otter Design Co is a small business and handcrafts each item to order. Please keep this in mind while reading our return policy. We hope you absolutely love your purchase. If you do not, please reach out so we can find a solution.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. Exchanges may be permitted under limited circumstances at the discretion of Like No Otter Design Co. If the item received appears damaged, concerns must be communicated to the shop within 48 hours of receiving the item. 

If an exchange is granted, the item must be shipped to the seller with tracking, and any associated shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. Once the item has been received in new, unused condition, the agreed upon exchange will be processed.

Abandoned order policy: Like No Otter Design Co, LLC will hold your order for 30 days. If the order is not picked up within 30 days, by law the item is considered abandoned and will either be destroyed or placed back into inventory.
