Each of our products are engraved in our studio and shipped from Colorado, USA.

Due to the global pandemic and changes to shipping carrier's pricing and services, packages may be delayed and postage may increase. Like No Otter Design Co will do our best to ship your product as soon as possible, but once handed over to the carrier, delays are out of our hands. Please keep this in mind if ordering a time-sensitive item. 

Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Due to USPS and other shipping carrier's policies, any shipping damage claims must be submitted by the package recipient. Like No Otter Design Co is not responsible for refunds or the cost of item replacement due to 3rd party shipping damage. We encourage choosing a shipping method with the applicable shipping insurance.

Orders over $125 are eligible for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Restrictions and limitations may apply.
